Egyptian Walking Onions (EWO) are a hardy, perennial heirloom onion that “walks” across your garden by producing clusters of small bulbs (called topsets) at the top of its stalks. As the topsets grow heavy, they bend to the ground and root themselves, starting a new plant. These onions are low-maintenance, cold-hardy, and provide a continuous harvest of green stalks, bulbs, and topsets year after year—perfect for edible landscaping and sustainable gardening.
